I am assuming you have a working knowledge of paint shop pro

Lets get started:

New Image W-650 H 650 w/ transparent background- we will resize later

1. Flood fill white

2. Copy pocket2, paste as new layer, resize by 60%

*pocket layer should be on top

3. Apply the mask, merge group (we may resize later

4. Copy tires, paste as new layer, resize by 60%

(this should be centered in work area)

5. Copy tag2, paste as new layer, resize by 30%

bring below the tires and try to match a bit with smaller tire hole

6. Copy button rope, resize 30%, place in cneter of bow (tag 2)- see examples

7. Copy tube of choice, paste as new layer, rezise 60%

place tube into the bottom tip of tag 2, erase any excess

add drop shadow of choice to tube

8. Copy image of tube used and paste as a new layer

bring layer behind the tires and center area you want displayed in large tire

using your magic wand, select the inside of the larger tire, modify- expand by 5, select invert, click on image and delete.

(all excess should now be removed- select none

9. Copy glitter, paste as new layer, resize 50%

place below tube, barely above the larger tire

10. Resize mask layer to fit your tag ( I resized by 75%)

11. Add drop shadows of choice to your different elements

12. Add additional elements as desired.

13. Hide white layer and merge visible,

crop area to fit tag

resize to your taste- do this BEFORE adding copyright and license information

14. Add copyrights and license number (add thin white gradient glow as needed), give credit to scrapper

15. Save to your offers folder

16. Add font of choice, I used Dystorque BRK for the first tag and Qwigley for the second

Rendezvous


This is a fairly simple tutorial and should be easy to follow.(If not, please let me know) Supplies: Scrap kit used: Grunge and Glitter Midnight RendezvousTube: Flirting with Lumberjacks by Tin used with CDO licenseFont: Fontasia Lets get started: 1. New image: 600*600

2. Copy foilage4 and paste as new layer

duplicate

 image mirror

image flip (this is our frame)

once you have positioned as desired, merge together

3. Copy image of choice, paste as new layer

bring below your frame

Select all, select float, select modify, feather, ok, 35, ok,

select invert, delete 6 x's, select none

4. Erase excess from edges around your frame

5. Merge frame together

add drop shadow of choice to frame

6. Hide bottom layer (should be blank)

image resize all layers 65%

unhide bottom layer, make this the active layer, image canvase size 600

7. Copy the clock, paste as new layer, move below image

8. Flood fill bottom layer, white, add mask of choice position as desired

9. Copy tube of choice and position on tag (I resize to fit directly over the image, this way it looks like it is popping out).

10. Crop/resize as desired

11. Add copyright and license information- don't forget to give credit to scrapper (see tag for example)

12. Save to offers folder

13. Add name and share

So what is a girl to do, but make one.

Supplies needed:

Beautiful Dreamer kit by CBJ Scraps

Tube used in first example is Huachui and can be purchased from MyTubedArt

Tube used in the second is example is Dark Yarrow, my license is through DreamscapeImaging

Font: Rage Italic

Plugins: Filters Unlimited, Eye Candy 4000

I am assuming you have a basic working knowledge of psp.

I prefer smaller tags, you are welcome to work in a larger area if you prefer.

Lets get started.

1. Open new transparent image 750 x 750 pixels (we will resize later)

2. Copy circular frame, I used CBJ_BD_PrettyRoundFrame, image, resize 50% (I use weighted average)

3. Duplicate twice, hide layers, move hidden layers to bottom

4. Copy paper of choice, I used CBJ_BD_Paper8

Use magic wand, select inside frame.

Select all, select float, select modify expand 4,

layer, new raster layer, paste into selection, select none.

Change color to suit tag, per CBJ's TOU this is allowed.

(adjust, hue and saturation, colorize, adjust slide to match tube


*for the Huachui tag, I clicked on the inside of the frame again with my magic wand

select all, modify, expand by 4, layer new raster layer, flood fill with color from tube

select none

Effect, plugins, Filters UL, textures, Japanese papers

Blend mode, overlay, merge with original paper



5. move paper below frame

6. Add drop shadow to frame, I use 2,-2,85,5,black then -2,2,85,5,black

7. Merge frame and paper

8. Unhide one of the hidden frames, pull out just to the side of middle frame (see examples)

Image, rotate, free rotate, 18 degrees right

9. Open CBJ_BD_Star, I chose green

Copy, paste as new layer, bring below second frame.

Use magic wand to select inside frame, modify expand 4

select, invert, click on star, hit delete on keyboard

select none

color star as desired to match tube

add drop shadow on frame and merge

10. Duplicae merged frame

image mirror, place to match, see examples



11. Unhide the last hidden frame, pull out to the side of the frame we just finished

image, rotate, free rotate, 18 degrees right

12. Copy CBJ_BD_HeartFlower or other textured element of choice

Copy, paste as new layer, bring below frame

duplicate and position to fill entire visible area of frame

merge flower layers

Use magic wand to select inside frame, modify expand 4

select, invert, click on flower, hit delete on keyboard

select none

color flower as desired to match tube or leave as is

add drop shadow on frame and merge

13. Duplicate merged frame

image mirror, place to match, see examples


14. Copy CBJ_BD_Lights, paste as new layer, move behind all frames

colorize to match tube, place as desired

duplicate, mirror

15. Copy CBJ_BD_StarTrail, paste as new layer, move behind all frames

duplicate, mirror


*Erase excess from steps 14 and 15 as desired


16. Add additional elements and embellishments as desired

17. Add tube and copyrights, save to offers folder

18. Add name and share

This was written in PSP X2 (other versions should work with some

adjustments)

Filters:

Alien Skin Eye Candy 6- gradient glow (optional)
Tube: you will need one tube of your choice

Directions:
1. File- new 500x 50072dpi, Raster background, transparent (we will resize later)

2. Open and minimize supplies needed from scrap
a. CBJ_Symph_RibbonTwirl2
b. CBJ_Symph_GlitterRainbow
c. CBJ_Symph_BirdCage
d. CBJ_Symph_DiamondRainbowCloud

3. Copy and Paste the ribbon as new layer
a. resize 85%

4. Copy and Paste the birdcage
a. resize 35%
b. place on far right side of the ribbon

5. Copy and Paste the rainbow as a new layer
a. resize 25%, rotate with pick tool until the top of the rainbow touches the tip of the birdcage

6. Copy and Paste tube of choice
a. resize as desired
b. move next to birdcage

7. Duplicate tube
a. using your pick tool, click on the middle tab on tube (as highlighted by pick tool)
b. drag down until both tubes are touching
c. lower opacity of this tube to 50%

8. Add drop shadow of chice to ribbon and original tube

9. Copy the cloud and paste as new layer
a. move to top of rainbow
b. lower opacity to 78
*optional- add gradient glow soft white with an radius of 3.

10. Add appropriate copyright information and save.
