4. Copy/past tube as new layer, resize 75%
4a. Duplicate, Effects, drop shadow: Offset vertical: -2, offset horizontal -2, attributes opacity: 85, blur: 5, color: black, ok
duplicate again and hide both duplicates.
5. Use selection tool, draw 3-4 rectangles down through the circle.  (Hold shift key to make multiples)
Select, invert, click on visible tube layer, click delete.
5a.  On tube layer- Effects, Plugins, EyeCandy 4000, Shadowlab

6. Use magic wand, select inside circle.  Select modify, expand by 2 pixels
open bottom duplicated tube from 4a, select invert, delete.
6a. Change blend mode to overlay, add shadowlab using settings in 5a.
7. Open final tube layer, use eraser tool to erase portion of tube on rectangles.
8. Select frame layer, add Shadowlab using settings in 5a
*optional*
At this point in my tags, I generally add a new raster layer, send to bottom and flood fill with color outside tag color scheme to check for errors, etc- if you do this do not forget to delete this layer once you are happy.
9. Once you are happy with the main portion of your tag, merge visible
10. Layer, new raster layer
Flood fill black
11. Now time to add a mask of choice.-I used halftone2. I will not be supplying the mask.
Layer, load mask from disk, select your mask and click the following: source luminance, fit to canvas and hid all mask, load
11a. Select on group, right click, merge group, bring to bottom.
12. If you are happy with your tag merge visible.
13. Resize tag to your liking then add your copyright and license information, save tag
